Our 36-week beginner-friendly Full Distance Triathlon training plan is thoughtfully designed to help you build confidence, endurance, and strength for race day. Whether this is your first full-distance event or you’re returning to Roth with new goals, this plan meets you where you are and helps you grow, one week at a time.

🏊‍♂️ Swim (3.8 km) – Roth’s point-to-point swim in the calm Rhine-Main-Danube Canal is perfect for building rhythm and pacing. We’ll guide you through a 12-week foundation phase filled with swim drills and easy-to-follow video tutorials so you feel confident and prepared in open water.

🚴‍♀️ Bike (180 km) – From the scenic Franconian countryside to the electric energy of Solar Hill, Roth’s bike course is unforgettable. Our plan builds your endurance gradually with structured rides, hill efforts, and race-paced intervals—so you can ride strong and steady all the way.

🏃‍♂️ Run (42.2 km) – The mostly flat marathon course through charming villages and along the canal path is where you’ll dig deep and finish proud. You'll develop your pacing, nutrition strategy, and strength through progressive brick workouts and focused long runs that simulate race-day fatigue.
