Training for the legendary Full Distance Triathlon in Roth, Germany requires more than determination—it demands a smart, sustainable strategy tailored to your body and your goals. This 36-week evidence-based triathlon training plan is specifically built for senior triathletes aged 60+, using the latest in endurance science and performance analytics to prepare you for Roth’s iconic course.

🌊 Swim (3.8 km) – The calm, point-to-point Rhine-Main-Danube Canal makes Roth ideal for a personal best. You’ll train with structured swim sessions that enhance stroke efficiency, open-water confidence, and breathing control—critical for a fast, relaxed swim start.

🚴 Bike (180 km) – The course winds through the Franconian countryside, including the electrifying Solar Hill. Our plan builds strength and stamina with long rides, threshold intervals, and hill simulations, ensuring you climb with control and descend with confidence.
