Train with open-water simulation workouts and race-pace sets designed for Roth’s fast, calm, point-to-point swim in the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal. Build confidence and speed where personal bests are within reach.

✅ Crush the Bike Leg, Including Solar Hill
Our plan includes progressive bike workouts featuring aerobic endurance, VO2 max intervals, and race-specific power targets. Get race-day ready to conquer Roth’s rolling Franconian countryside—and ride strong up Solar Hill, cheered on by thousands of fans in true Tour de France fashion.

✅ Run Smart, Finish Strong
With structured brick sessions and long runs designed around heart rate and pace, you’ll be prepared for Roth’s mostly flat, scenic marathon course that winds through villages and along the canal. Finish with strength and confidence in Roth’s unforgettable stadium finish.

✅ Strategic Periodization for Peak Performance
We use a smart 3-week build, 1-week recovery cycle to maximize gains and minimize injury risk. Start at just 8 hours per week and build to around 16 hours—balanced and manageable for busy athletes.
