The Competitive Masters 40+ Six-Month Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is crafted specifically for experienced athletes like you—focused, disciplined, and aiming for peak performance.

🌊 Swim (3.8 km) – Glide through the calm Rhine-Main-Danube Canal with confidence. Our plan builds your endurance and technique through open water-focused drills and stroke refinement workouts, so you're ready for Roth’s fast, point-to-point swim.

🚴 Bike (180 km) – Conquer the rolling hills of the Franconian countryside, including the crowd-packed Solar Hill. Power-based cycling sessions target threshold improvement and stamina, helping you stay strong and steady over long distances.

🏃 Run (42.2 km) – Master Roth’s flat and fast marathon course. Brick workouts and tempo runs simulate race day fatigue, while structured recovery ensures you maintain speed and composure through charming Bavarian villages and along the scenic canal.
