The Full Distance Triathlon Western Australia course challenges you with a 3.8 km two-lap swim in calm coastal waters, a fast 180 km bike ride through scenic Tuart Forest, and a four-lap, mostly flat 42.2 km run along the stunning Busselton foreshore. To conquer this demanding race, you need a training plan that builds endurance, strength, and speed while preparing you mentally and physically for race day.
