With its crystal-clear river swim, fast countryside bike course, and flat riverside run, this race demands a well-rounded, structured plan that balances endurance, strength, and race-day execution.

The 180km bike segment includes fast flats through Valdivia’s meadows and forests, with short steep climbs near Cabo Blanco and Cruces River.
