🚴 A 180km ride through lush countryside and riverside views,
🏃 And a 42.1km run through the heart of the city, across iconic bridges and alongside cheering crowds.

Our 36-week Full Distance Triathlon training plan begins with a 12-week foundation phase designed to help you build from the ground up. With clear, beginner-friendly video tutorials, you’ll improve your swim technique, learn the basics of pacing, and gain confidence in your body’s ability to grow.
🏁 Train at Your Own Pace
Each week, your training gently increases—from just 4.5 hours in week one—so you never feel overwhelmed. By week 11, you'll complete your first full brick workout and feel stronger than you ever thought possible.
🔥 Build Endurance, Strength & Mental Toughness
The final 24 weeks focus on preparing you for race day. You’ll build up to 14.5 hours of weekly training, with brick workouts that simulate race conditions, bike rides that mirror Valdivia’s terrain, and run sessions that prepare you for that final finish line moment.
