The Full Distance Triathlon in Valdivia, Chile is a course made for athletes who want to race strong and set personal records — especially senior triathletes 60+ looking for smart, sustainable progress. This 36-week evidence-based training plan is purpose-built to prepare you for every element of Valdivia’s demanding and beautiful course.

The plan includes weekly open-water-focused sessions and drills that enhance swim efficiency, symmetry, and sighting — essential for navigating the 3.8km point-to-point Calle-Calle River swim with minimal current.
