🌊 Swim Prepared for Calle-Calle River
Train confidently for Valdivia’s 3.8km point-to-point swim in crystal-clear, cold water. With structured technique drills and VO₂ swim intervals, you’ll improve efficiency while adapting to wetsuit-required conditions (avg. 14°C).

🚴 Crush the 180K Countryside Ride
Tackle Valdivia’s 2-loop bike course—flat, fast, and punctuated with sharp climbs—with customized RPE/Heart Rate bike sessions. The plan builds cycling endurance and power, helping you maintain PR-worthy speed through forests, meadows, and along the scenic Cruces River.

🏃 Run Strong Over Valdivia’s Bridges
Master the 42.1 km flat run starting at Saval Park and crossing iconic bridges. From day one, your training includes progressive long runs, strength-focused intervals, and AI-generated run gait analysis to improve form and reduce injury risk.
