This 44-week Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan was built for Masters athletes who train smart and race with purpose. From the wetsuit-legal swim at Russel-Fields Pier to the flat-and-fast bike course through Pine Log State Forest and the electric marathon finish at Pier Park, you’ll be fully prepared for every inch of the Florida course.
