The Chattanooga Full Distance Triathlon is no ordinary challenge—with a swift 2.4-mile swim in the Tennessee River, a hilly 112-mile ride through the Cumberland Plateau, and a marathon that tests your spirit as much as your stamina. To conquer it, you need more than generic volume—you need a plan built around science, strategy, and the realities of aging athletically.
