🏊‍♂️ Swim – Lake Harku, 3.8 KM (2.4 miles)
You’ll begin with a 12-week swim-focused foundation phase featuring progressive drills and technique tutorials designed for open-water conditions. You’ll gain the stamina and confidence to tackle Lake Harku’s single-loop course, known for its calm waters and beach start.

🚴‍♀️ Bike – 180 KM (112 miles) Through Estonia’s Countryside
The two-loop bike course includes flat stretches, gentle hills, and coastal winds. Our 24-week Full Distance training phase includes structured long rides, tempo intervals, and terrain-specific workouts that simulate wind exposure and rolling profiles — helping you build power, pacing, and efficiency for this varied terrain.

🏃 Run – 42.2 KM (26.2 miles) Through Historic Tallinn
From smooth flats to cobblestones, the four-loop marathon course in central Tallinn demands resilience. Your plan includes brick workouts, tempo runs, and race-pace sessions that condition your legs for sustained effort and quick transitions off the bike. Regular long runs teach you to handle cumulative fatigue—essential for race day success.
