This legendary event features a stunning one-loop swim in the Baltic Sea, a scenic 180.2 km bike ride over Öland via the iconic Öland Bridge, and a marathon through Kalmar’s historic cityscape. To conquer this challenging race, your training needs to be smart, structured, and tailored to the unique demands of the course—and your body.

Our 36-week, evidence-based Full Distance Triathlon training plan is built specifically for senior triathletes aged 60+.
