With its chilly Baltic Sea swim, scenic Öland bike course, and historic marathon run through Kalmar’s vibrant streets, this race demands both physical resilience and strategic preparation. Our 24-week Full Distance Triathlon training plan is designed specifically for Senior Triathletes 60+, equipping you to train safely, build endurance, and race with confidence on one of Europe’s most stunning courses.
