This 36-week Full Distance Triathlon training plan is built specifically for competitive Masters athletes (age 40+) preparing for the challenging Full Distanced Triathlon Leeds course. With 3.8 km of open water swimming, 180 km of undulating terrain with 2,574 m of climbing, and a marathon through Roundhay Park, this course demands a strategic and science-backed approach to training.

Our evidence-based program focuses on maximizing your endurance, efficiency, and confidenceโ€”while minimizing injury riskโ€”by aligning directly with the physiological and topographical demands of the Full Distance Triathlon Leeds.
