Are you a dedicated triathlete aged 60+ ready to take on the Full Distance Triathlon Les Sables d’Olonne-Vendée? This 44-week training plan is designed specifically for Senior Triathletes 60+, combining age-aware endurance strategies with expert guidance to help you race strong, stay healthy, and finish proud on race day.

Whether you're coming off a break or building up to your first Full Distance Triathlon, this plan requires no base fitness and progressively builds the strength, stamina, and resilience you need for success.
