Are you a seasoned triathlete aged 60 or older preparing for the stunning Full Distance Triathlon Kaernten-Klagenfurt? This race features a 3.8 km swim in clear Lake Wörthersee, a demanding 180 km bike course with 1,800+ meters of elevation, and a fast 42.2 km run through Klagenfurt’s city center and lakeshore. To perform your best, you need a training plan designed for both the course’s challenges and your body’s needs.
