This iconic race begins with a 3.8 km swim in the Alster, followed by a lightning-fast 179 km bike through historic Hamburg and the Vier- und Marschlande countryside, and finishes with a 42.2 km run along the scenic Alster paths. With warm water and mild air temperatures, Hamburg is one of the most accessible and rewarding Full Distance Triathlons in Europe—especially for experienced athletes over 60.
