The tropical, Hawaii-like weather, a 3.8 km open-water swim, a 180 km bike with scenic views of the Penghu Great Bridge, and a 42.2 km run through famous landmarks make this race both breathtaking and demanding.
Training Designed for the Master 40+ Athlete: - A Proven 44-Week System:
12-Week Base Phase: Develop your endurance and refine your technique. This phase starts with 4 hours per week and peaks at 8 hours, building a solid foundation for the more intense training to come.
32-Week Full Distance Phase: Enhance your endurance and race-day performance. Training starts at 7 hours per week, increasing to 15 hours at peak weeks, ensuring you’re fully prepared for race day.
