This 24-week program is your ticket to success, whether you’re stepping up from shorter distances or aiming to improve your performance. Focused on endurance, power, and technique, it prepares you for every part of the race: the swim, bike, and run, so you can race with confidence on the stunning island of Penghu in the Taiwan Strait.
