Plan Description
This 15-week Full Distance Triathlon plan is built for intermediate athletes who need to train smart, not just hard.
Designed with time-crunched schedules in mind, it uses focused sessions that deliver results without wasting hours. You’ll get power-based bike and run sessions, swim workouts guided by pace and RPE, and a progressive structure that makes every session count.
We use a cyclical, non-linear approach to keep fitness building steadily while avoiding burnout—so you stay consistent, strong, and race-ready.
