A Training Plan Designed Specifically for Female Athletes
This isn't simply a traditional triathlon plan with a few sessions taken out.
It's designed around an understanding of women's physiology and how female athletes can train, recover and adapt, with strength training and additional supportive sessions built into the programme.
The plan incorporates principles adapted from the work of Dr Stacy Sims. Celia has completed courses in training women and works exclusively with female athletes through her coaching business.
