With a fast, flat course through the scenic Tuart Forest, a calm two-lap ocean swim, and a four-lap run past the iconic Busselton Jetty — this race deserves your best. That’s why our 44-week training plan gives you the time, structure, and flexibility to get there feeling strong, confident, and prepared.

🏊‍♂️ The swim: Calm waters and a short beach run between laps. We’ve built in open water swim prep, drills, and pacing sessions to help you feel steady and smooth from start to finish.

🚴 The bike: Flat and fast doesn’t mean easy. This 180 km course demands smart pacing. Our structured workouts focus on power, endurance, and race-day strategy — so you ride strong and leave fuel in the tank.

🏃 The run: Four laps on tired legs with the crowd cheering along the coast. We’ll get you ready with progressive long runs and race-specific brick sessions that teach your body to stay steady and your mind to stay sharp.

🚦 Built-in B and C races give you the chance to test nutrition, pacing, and mindset — without burning out before your big day. You’ll practice racing so that by the time Busselton comes, there are no surprises.
