Every seasoned triathlete once stood where you are: full of questions, doubts, and excitement. This 36-week beginner-friendly training plan is built just for you—the first-time triathlete who’s ready to turn a big goal into a life-changing achievement.
🏊♀️ Swim (3.8KM): The calm waters off Busselton Foreshore are ideal for beginners, and our plan helps you take full advantage of that. With simple, guided swim drills and clear video tutorials, you’ll slowly build confidence and skill. We even prepare you for that short run between laps—so nothing on race day feels unfamiliar.
🚴 Bike (180KM): Don’t worry if you’ve never ridden this far before. The Western Australia course is flat and fast, which is great for first-timers. We’ll help you gradually build the strength and stamina to handle longer rides—without burning out. From learning how to fuel properly to staying comfortable on the bike, it’s all covered.
🏃 Run (42.2KM): The four-lap run along the Busselton Jetty can be mentally tough—but you’ll be ready. Our plan eases you into longer runs, helps you practice running after riding, and builds the confidence to keep going when things get hard.
