🏊♂️ Swim (3.8KM) Preparation
The two-lap ocean swim requires endurance and smart pacing. We integrate structured swim technique sessions and V02 interval work early on, so you're efficient in open water and confident with mid-swim exits and re-entries—just like the Busselton course demands.
🚴♀️ Bike (180KM) Preparation
Expect a fast, flat ride with coastal winds and long aero sections. Our plan builds your aerobic engine and muscular endurance through progressive long rides, heart rate zone work, and strength sessions designed for sustained power—perfect for taming Busselton’s flat, speedy roads.
🏃♂️ Run (42.2KM) Preparation
