🌊 The Swim: Warm, Clear, and Totally Doable
You’ll start on beautiful Santos Beach and finish at De Bakke—surrounded by marine life and calm, clear waters. We get you ready with:
✅ Technique-focused swim drills (with easy-to-follow videos)
✅ Gradual volume build—start at 4.5 hours/week, peak at 6
✅ Confidence-boosting endurance sets and a swim-specific brick test

🚴 The Bike: Smooth, Scenic, and Beginner-Friendly
Cozumel’s bike course is flat, fast, and winds through stunning oceanfront roads. You’ll train smart with:
✅ Structured RPE- and heart rate-based bike sessions
✅ Beginner strength workouts to support steady power
✅ Ride-longer sessions to build stamina across all 3 laps
