That’s why our 36-week beginner triathlon training plan is built specifically for first-time athletes like you—step by step, from nervous beginner to confident finisher.

🌊 Conquer the Swim with Confidence
Cozumel’s 2.4-mile open-water swim features warm 79°F (26°C) water and excellent visibility—but ocean currents and nerves can be tough. Our first 12 weeks focus on swim confidence: clear video tutorials, technique drills, and open-water preparation to help you feel calm and capable when you hit the water on race day.

🚴 Build Strength for the Flat, Fast Bike Course
Cozumel’s 112-mile bike course loops around the island on flat terrain with beautiful ocean views—but it’s exposed to wind and sun. You’ll gradually build from just 4.5 hours in week one to 14.5 hours at your peak, focusing on endurance rides, pacing, and smart fueling strategies. We guide you every step of the way so you never feel lost or overtrained.
