Tempe’s calm, cool waters offer a focused start to your journey. With our 12-week foundational phase, you'll develop strong swim technique through guided video tutorials and proven drills. You’ll gain the confidence needed to enter and exit the lake feeling calm and in control—ready for the day ahead.
🚴 Bike – 112 Miles of Rolling, Scenic Roads
The Beeline Highway’s long climbs and fast descents are no match for the structured brick workouts and steady endurance rides in our plan. You’ll train on terrain that mimics the race—rolling, smooth, and built for speed—so by race day, you’re not just ready, you’re excited.
🏃 Run – 26.2 Miles of Flat, Fast, and Inspiring Course
Tempe’s three-loop run course is known for personal bests and incredible energy. Our training includes long runs, tempo work, and run-off-the-bike sessions that prepare your body and mind for the final stretch. You'll learn to pace, fuel, and finish strong through every mile.
