The Full Distance Triathlon in Arizona is no ordinary challenge. From the chilly, calm waters of Tempe Town Lake to the fast, rolling Beeline Highway bike leg and the flat, PR-friendly run along Tempe Town Lake and Papago Park—this course demands a precise, disciplined approach.

✅ Swim Preparation
Conquer the single-loop 2.4-mile swim with confidence. You'll gain endurance in cooler water temps through structured open water sessions and video-based swim drills—fine-tuning your form for a strong start from the floating dock.
✅ Bike-Specific Conditioning
Train to dominate Arizona's 112-mile three-loop bike course, including the gradual climb to Shea Blvd. Our Anaerobic Threshold and Endurance Aerobic sessions are designed to help you hold consistent power on the rolling terrain, all while building the stamina to stay fast over 1,400 feet of elevation gain.

The flat, spectator-lined 26.2-mile run demands pacing and mental strength. Progressive tempo sessions, VO₂ Max workouts, and brick runs simulate the final leg of race day—so you stay strong and focused through every lap past Rio Salado Parkway.
