This plan trains you to handle Florida’s ocean currents, beach runs, and potential riptides. Our progressive open water simulation workouts build your confidence, pacing, and sighting skills—critical for the two-loop swim around Russel-Fields Pier.

🚴‍♂️ Crush the Flat but Demanding Bike Course
The 112-mile bike is built for aero—but holding that position for hours takes serious strength and precision. Our plan emphasizes long rides with focused intervals to improve power, endurance, and your ability to stay aerodynamic deep into the race. You’ll be ready for headwinds and ready to fly through the Pine Log State Forest.
