Our 12-week foundation phase includes easy-to-follow swim drills and video tutorials designed to build your confidence in the ocean. You'll practice techniques that help you stay calm and strong through the two-loop swim around Russell-Fields Pier—even in current or swell.

✨ Bike Strong Across Florida’s Fast Course
The 24-week full-distance build trains your endurance and sharpens your speed. With progressive long rides, tempo intervals, and aero-positioning practice, you'll feel prepared to crush the flat 112-mile bike through Pine Log State Forest and along the Intercoastal Waterway.

✨ Run Proud Along the Coastline 🏝
You’ll train for strength and mental grit with bricks and long runs that mirror the flat, exposed run course. By race day, you’ll be ready to run steady, fueled by crowd support and ocean views all the way to the finish.
