Our Six-Month Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is designed specifically to prepare intermediate athletes for the unique demands of this fast, coastal race. Whether youโ€™re chasing a PR or aiming to cross your first long-course finish line, this plan gives you every tool you need to succeed on race day.

๐ŸŠ Swim Like a Pro: From day one, our plan includes structured open-water simulation sessions and sighting drills to prepare you for the two-loop ocean swim around Russel-Fields Pier. You'll build endurance, adapt to wetsuit swimming, and be ready for beach run transitions.

๐Ÿšด Crush the Bike Course: This 112-mile course through Pine Log State Forest and intercoastal roads demands sustained power in the aero position. Our plan builds long-ride stamina, includes power-based intervals, and incorporates strategic wind-resistance sessions to help you stay strong through late-race breezes.

๐Ÿƒ Run to Victory: With its pancake-flat course and vibrant crowd energy, the Florida run is made for speedโ€”but only if your legs are ready.
