Our Six-Month Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is designed specifically to prepare intermediate athletes for the unique demands of this fast, coastal race. Whether you’re chasing a PR or aiming to cross your first long-course finish line, this plan gives you every tool you need to succeed on race day.

🔥 Prerequisite Training Required: This isn't for the faint-hearted. You'll need a solid foundation in training or base mileage to dive into this intense program. Get ready to sweat from day one as we kick off with V02 Interval Training in the very first week!

🏊 Swim Like a Pro: From day one, our plan includes structured open-water simulation sessions and sighting drills to prepare you for the two-loop ocean swim around Russel-Fields Pier. You'll build endurance, adapt to wetsuit swimming, and be ready for beach run transitions.

🚴 Crush the Bike Course: This 112-mile course through Pine Log State Forest and intercoastal roads demands sustained power in the aero position. Our plan builds long-ride stamina, includes power-based intervals, and incorporates strategic wind-resistance sessions to help you stay strong through late-race breezes.

🏃 Run to Victory: With its pancake-flat course and vibrant crowd energy, the Florida run is made for speed—but only if your legs are ready. This plan includes progressive brick workouts, race-pace simulation runs, and mental toughness strategies to help you finish strong down Front Beach Road and into the electric finish at Pier Park.
