Full Distance Triathlon in Cascais requires a smart, progressive strategy built for results. With its cold Atlantic swim (17–19°C), technical and scenic 180km bike course through the Portuguese Riviera, and a rolling 42.2km run along the coastal cliffs to Cabo Raso, this race will test every aspect of your endurance, power, and mental toughness.

Our 36-Week Full Distance Triathlon Advanced Training Plan is engineered specifically for high-performance athletes like you—those who want to compete, not just complete.
