Set against the natural beauty of Jirisan Mountain and the crystal-clear Guman Reservoir, Gurye's Full Distance Triathlon course offers a calm swim, a demanding 180 km ride along hot spring villages, and a scenic but challenging marathon. This plan ensures you're ready—physically, mentally, and tactically.

32-Week Build & Peak: Tackle the long, beautiful bike course and breezy run along Seosicheon Stream with tempo rides, VO2 intervals, and race-specific bricks. Starts at 8 hours/week and peaks at 16.5.
