This race — with its calm 3.9 km swim in Guman Reservoir, scenic 180 km ride through Jirisan Mountain, and peaceful 42.2 km run along the Seosicheon Stream — is waiting for you. Gurye’s bike course is stunning — but it’s not flat. That’s why we gradually increase your training volume from 7.5 to 14.5 hours/week in the Full Distance phase, giving your body time to adapt while boosting your endurance for those mountain roads.
