Full Distance Triathlon Korea – Gurye: Conquer Nature’s Challenge
Swim – 3.9 km in Guman Reservoir
Swim in the clear, calm waters of Guman Reservoir at Jirisan Lake Park, with stunning views of Jirisan Mountain and tranquil surroundings. Average water temperature: 73°F (23°C).
Bike – 180 km of Scenic Rides
Cycle along the Seomjingang River and Jirisan Mountain. Enjoy fresh forest air, picturesque hot spring villages, and a safely controlled course.
Run – 42.2 km of Serenity
Finish strong along the Seosicheon Stream, with shaded paths, farmland views, and cool mountain breezes guiding you to the finish line.

From the moment you begin our program, you'll be immersed in a journey designed to transform you into a confident, capable triathlete. Throughout this phase, you’ll conquer everything from heart-pounding tempo runs to perfecting your open-water swim techniques.
