The Full Distance Triathlon Chattanooga is no ordinary race. With its current-assisted 2.4-mile swim in the Tennessee River, a challenging 112-mile bike course featuring 4,300 feet of elevation gain, and a scenic yet demanding 26.2-mile run through the heart of Chattanooga—you need a plan that prepares you for every twist, climb, and stride.

That’s where our 6-Month Full Distance Triathlon Intermediate Training Plan comes in. Designed with precision and purpose, this plan builds the strength, endurance, and mental grit required to conquer Chattanooga's unique course profile.
