With a challenging two-loop sea swim in Tenby's pristine North Beach, a hilly 180.2 km bike through Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with 2,685 meters of elevation, and a demanding four-loop marathon around the medieval town’s vibrant streets, success depends on more than grit—it requires a plan tailored for performance.

That’s exactly what the 36-Week Full Distance Triathlon Advanced Training Plan delivers. Built with a smart periodization model and crafted for experienced athletes like you, this plan prepares you mentally and physically for the unique demands of racing in Pembrokeshire.
