The two-loop 3.8 km swim at North Beach can feel intimidating—but we’ve got you covered. In the first 12 weeks, you'll build confidence with guided swim drills and simple video tutorials. You'll learn how to breathe, sight, and stay calm—even in the chilly 63°F (17°C) water.

🚴‍♀️ Climb with Confidence
The 180.2 km bike ride through the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park includes over 2,600 meters of elevation. Yes, it’s hilly—but you’ll be ready. Our plan includes gradual endurance rides and interval-focused training so you can tackle climbs and coast through castle-lined roads with strength and control.

🏃‍♂️ Run Through Tenby Like You Belong There
The four-loop marathon winds through Tenby's medieval streets and cheering crowds. You'll train for that exact moment with structured brick workouts and manageable long runs that prepare your body and mind to run strong—no matter how tired you feel.
