The Full Distance Triathlon in Wales – Pembrokeshire is not your average race. With a cold-water sea swim, relentless hills through the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and a punishing, four-loop marathon through Tenby’s historic town center—this course exposes every weakness and rewards only the most prepared.
Our 24-week Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan isn’t about crossing the finish line—it’s about racing with purpose, precision, and resilience. It’s built for advanced triathletes who understand that performance at this level requires more than just logging hours—it requires strategy, specificity, and critical adaptation.
