💡 Before You Begin – Prerequisite Fitness Needed:
This plan is beginner-friendly, but you'll need a basic fitness foundation. Before starting, make sure you can:
✅ Swim 1.5 km comfortably
✅ Ride a bike for at least 45 miles
✅ Run continuously for 60 minutes
You're not expected to be fast—just ready to start your journey.
