The Choptank River offers a calm, brackish swim—perfect for beginners. You'll build open-water confidence with stroke drills, pacing strategies, and VO₂ intervals tailored to prepare you for the 2.4-mile swim to Long Wharf.

With two laps of flat roads through scenic Dorchester County, the Maryland bike course is ideal for first-timers. Our heart rate- and RPE-based workouts simulate long, steady efforts so you’re ready for all 112 miles.
