The 2.4-mile swim in the brackish, tidal waters of the Choptank River, a fast 112-mile bike through windswept wildlife refuge roads, and a spectator-lined 26.2-mile run through historic Cambridge demand a precise balance of endurance, speed, and resilience. Our six-month Full Distance Triathlon training plan prepares you for it all—strategically, progressively, and with purpose.
