🌊 Swim – 3.8km:
Our early-phase foundation builds confidence in open water. With structured swim drills and aerobic base development, you’ll glide through the calm 70°F (21°C) waters of Tsugaru Kaikyo. The plan gradually increases volume and intensity so you're race-ready for a double-loop course that demands efficiency and stamina.
🚴 Bike – 180km:
The traffic-free Hakodate-Esashi Expressway requires sustained power and mental focus. Our training plan includes tempo rides, long endurance bricks, and race-specific simulations to help you stay strong across the entire 180km. Climb-ready intervals and strength sessions prepare you for the expressway’s subtle terrain variations.
🏃 Run – 42.2km:
You’ll run through three scenic loops with an average temperature of 64°F (18°C)—ideal for fast pacing. Our plan includes VO₂ max intervals, anaerobic threshold runs, and progressive long runs to optimize endurance and pacing strategy. Race-day pacing confidence starts here.
