This 44-week Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is designed specifically for first-time full-distance triathletes who are ready to take on the extraordinary challenge of Japan’s legendary course. 🏁 Weeks 1–12: Build Your Foundation
Start with just 4.5 hours per week—focused on building confidence, technique, and endurance. You'll develop essential swim skills for the iconic Tsugaru Kaikyo straits, and begin low-impact strength sessions that support your entire body.
💪 Weeks 13–44: Grow Stronger, Go Longer
Gradually build your training volume up to 14 hours/week. You'll learn how to ride longer, run smarter, and recover better. Our structured approach includes:
