Your first step begins in calm, open waters beneath the silhouette of Mount Hakodate.
Over 12 weeks, you'll build from the basics: open-water confidence, efficient form, and smart pacing, all supported by clear video tutorials.

🚴 BIKE – 180KM on the Hakodate-Esashi Expressway
With no traffic lights and no stop signs, the open expressway offers you space to grow stronger and faster.

Across 24 weeks of focused training, you'll conquer long rides, build power through structured tempo sessions, and learn how to ride with purpose, not just distance.
This isn’t just a bike course—it’s your proving ground.

🏃 RUN – 42.2KM through the Kikonai Countryside
Flat. Scenic. Doable.
Race day temperatures hover around a comfortable 64°F (18°C), perfect for the marathon that seals your full-distance dream.
