Plan Description

Great for experienced triathletes who are training for a new, long distance triathlon. You'll start with a very reasonable 6-10 hours per week of training, slowly building across all 3 disciplines towards race day. By race day you will have completed 3800m Open water swim, 180km bike, and about a 38km run. This plan is designed to get you feeling fit, fast, and comfortable with the race distances.
