Training for the Full Distance Triathlon in Copenhagen, Denmark requires smart, structured preparation that mirrors the demands of the race itself. From the smooth, fast waters of Amager Strandpark to the dynamic bike route and urban run through historic Copenhagen, our Six-Month Advanced Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is engineered to meet the exact challenges you’ll face on race day.

This is not a beginner’s plan. Before starting, you should already be able to swim 2.5 km, cycle at least 45 miles, and run continuously for 60 minutes. If you meet these prerequisites, you're ready to take on our proven 24-week strategy—starting with focused interval training and building to over 18 hours per week of high-performance sessions.
