Our 12-week foundational phase focuses on stroke efficiency, body positioning, and sighting in open water. With dynamic video tutorials and progressive swim drills, you'll build the confidence and form needed for the 3.8 km (2.4-mile) loop in the Kalmar Strait—where calm conditions meet energetic crowds.

🚴 Dominate the Öland Bike Course
Prepare for the scenic yet demanding 180.2 km (112-mile) ride over Öland with long endurance rides, power-building intervals, and specific brick sessions. Our training simulates wind exposure and rolling terrain, mimicking the conditions you'll face while crossing the Öland Bridge and island landscapes.

🏃 Crush the Historic Kalmar Run Course
Our 24-week Full Distance training phase is packed with tempo runs, long builds, and brick workouts tailored to mimic the three-loop 42.2 km (26.2-mile) marathon. You'll train to stay strong through the final stretch, whether you're running past the beach, through Kalmar’s cobbled streets, or under the ancient Västerport gate.
